Statement to locals by Lucy and Nick Hall about the grand opening of the Power Up Dance & Fitness Studio at 89 Gill Street that was held on Saturday October 5.

For over 15 years, Power Up has been devoted to creating joy, wellbeing and expression through physical movement. We have endeavoured to shape our studio into a home of true inclusivity for our students and their families. We have proudly grown the Power Up family over these years, with more than 300 students now sharing our journey across Dance, Acro, MMA and fitness.

It is with overwhelming joy that we welcome our growing community to a new era of our beloved Power Up. We are so proud to introduce you to our vibrant new studio, which we have painstakingly crafted with love and purpose to reflect the true spirit of our Power Up family.

Every space within the studio shares a special story about our journey, honouring those who’ve contributed to the creation, history and evolution of Power Up. No words could describe our immense gratitude for the incredible humans who gave us the wings to reach such soaring heights.

Along with our new studio, we are also thrilled to present our families with our exciting new brand transformation. Our new emblem captures Power Up’s unique rhythm, which fiercely beats at the heart of every lesson that we share with our students. Fused with a fresh twist on our traditional brand colours, the effervescence of Power Up is well and truly on display for the world.

It has been a long and exhilarating journey to bring us to this exciting moment and it could not have been achieved without our wonderful students and families. You are the reason we live and breathe “The Power Up Way”.

We truly hope that our students, instructors, coaches, families and friends are as ecstatic as we are about The New Era for Power Up. We can’t wait to continue providing you with the greatest experiences in Dance, MMA, Acro and fitness. For the love of it.

Below are photos showing before and after the renovations that have taken place at the new Power Up Dance & Fitness Studio, location acquired by Lucy & Nick Hall.
