Paul McIver, developer of the successful Goldtower Central precinct, has reiterated his intent to build a prosperous future for business in Charters Towers.

Mr McIver said he plans to drive further breakthroughs for local businesses, following the first anniversary of Pets Domain, a key store in Goldtower Central.

“There are many more milestones on the way,” Mr McIver said.

“One is Mendi at Goldtower East and their roadworks there.

“We are building for a future growth of business and activity in the town.

“We are doing all we can to grow the town by 5,000 which is our goal.

“The World has now over 8,500 registered visitors but that number is much higher as most don’t do the ‘Citizen Check-in.’

“We encourage everyone in town to check-in so we can reach our first milestone of 100,000 visitors.”

Mr McIver said Goldtower has proudly taken part in assisting Pets Domain with moving aquarium related stock.

“Our current project has been to help Pets Domain be a blessing to many homes with their own aquarium experience,” he said.

“From our own home we found the aquarium was always interesting, never boring and the kids just loved to watch and enjoy.

“We trust many parents will help their children experience their own aquarium at home and they learn the ways to look after and feed.

“It is not that difficult after being set-up with the right gear.

“Pets Domain staff are always there to help in any way.”

A first-year birthday party was held at Goldtower on the 31st of August for Pets Domain.

The event had finger painting, food and drinks, a jumping castle, games, and constant giveaways all morning.
